Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom orders, or digital files.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
